Unleashed Content Club – Membership Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the services offered by Rebecca Callaghan trading as Purple Dog (“we”, “our” or “us”). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities and set out the terms under which we provide the Unleashed Content Club Membership (“the Membership”).

By purchasing or subscribing to the Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and the Courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from the Membership.

These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law which cannot be excluded by contract.

1. Membership Outline

Unleashed Content Club is a group-based membership designed to support time-poor small business owners to simplify their social media marketing, build consistency, and reduce overwhelm.

The Membership provides structured, expert-led guidance and practical tools to help members understand what to post, why it works, and how to implement sustainable social media strategies without pressure, daily posting expectations, or complex technical systems.

The Membership is particularly suited to:

  • Service-based business owners

  • Coaches, creatives, consultants and freelancers

  • Individuals typically 1–5 years into business

  • Those posting inconsistently or overthinking content

  • Those seeking clarity, rhythm and confidence rather than viral growth

The Membership is positioned at beginner to lower-intermediate level.

The Membership is not suitable for:

  • Individuals seeking overnight growth or viral strategies

  • Influencers focused on daily trend participation

  • Businesses with established marketing teams

  • Advanced marketers seeking high-level scaling strategy

  • Individuals requiring intensive 1:1 consultancy or done-for-you services

All information provided is educational and strategic in nature and is not tailored to any specific individual or business.

2. Membership Specifics

Core Elements

The Membership currently includes:

  • One monthly live workshop (approximately 60 minutes) delivered via Zoom

  • A live Q&A session at the end of each workshop (approximately 10–15 minutes)

  • Opportunity to submit questions within 7 days before and 7 days after the workshop in relation to that month’s topic

  • Replay access to workshops (where recordings are successfully captured)

  • A monthly content resource pack aligned to the workshop theme

Workshops are led by Rebecca Callaghan unless otherwise stated. From time to time, guest experts may contribute additional sessions or materials.

Workshops

The monthly workshop will provide structured training on social media strategy topics, which may include:

  • Content planning foundations

  • Caption writing

  • Reels and video guidance

  • Confidence on camera

  • Selling with clarity

  • Engagement strategies

  • Simple marketing frameworks

Members attending live may ask concise questions during the Q&A session.

We aim to record all workshops. However, recordings cannot be guaranteed in the event of technical issues or third-party platform failure.

Q&A Support

Q&A support provides group-based guidance and light-touch coaching. It does not constitute personalised consultancy, full business audits, account rewrites, or unlimited feedback.

Resource Library

Each month, members will receive a content pack aligned to the workshop theme. This may include prompts, caption examples, Canva templates, checklists, frameworks, and guidance materials.

The resource library will build over time. We do not guarantee a fixed number of resources per month.

Accountability

The Membership does not include a live community forum. Members may have access to a monthly accountability form or worksheet. Responses may be addressed within the Q&A format where appropriate.

3. Changes to Membership Structure

We aim to deliver the Membership as described at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the structure, format, content, or delivery method of the Membership where necessary to improve the service, respond to member needs, or address operational or technical requirements.

This may include adjusting delivery platforms, updating materials, or refining elements of the Membership.

4. Platform Availability

We use third-party platforms including Zoom, Stripe, WordPress, and other software tools in the delivery of the Membership.

While we take reasonable care in selecting platforms, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, availability, or functionality of any third-party service.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by platform outages, technical failures, internet issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Behaviour

Members agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.

Unacceptable behaviour includes but is not limited to:

  • Disrespectful or dismissive comments

  • Aggressive or confrontational conduct

  • Discriminatory or offensive language

  • Self-promotion or pitching to other members

  • Sharing screenshots, recordings, or confidential information without permission

  • Attempting to convert group sessions into 1:1 coaching

We operate a three-step escalation process:

  1. Private warning

  2. Final warning

  3. Removal if behaviour continues

Immediate removal may occur in cases of harassment, hate speech, threatening behaviour, or significant confidentiality breach.

Where a member is removed for misconduct, no refund will be issued.

6. Payment Terms

The Membership operates on a monthly rolling subscription basis.

The standard monthly fee is £27. Promotional or founding member rates may be offered from time to time. Where a member joins at a discounted rate, that rate will remain in place for the duration of their continuous membership. If the member cancels and later re-joins, the current rate at the time of re-joining will apply.

Payments are processed via Stripe and taken automatically on the same date each month.

There is no minimum commitment period.

If a member cancels mid-billing cycle, access will continue until the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued.

We reserve the right to amend pricing for new members at any time.

7. Refunds and Cooling Off

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed any Membership materials or attended any live workshop.

If you access digital content, download resources, view recordings, or attend a live workshop within the 14-day period, you agree that your right to a refund is waived.

After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

8. Cancellation

Members may cancel at any time through their online account by selecting the cancellation option within the membership area.

No notice period is required.

Access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period and will then terminate automatically.

Memberships cannot be paused.

We reserve the right to cancel a membership where necessary to protect the safety or integrity of the Membership.

9. Disclaimers
